From placing a custom order form on their website, a representative was calling me pretty soon after to finalize my order and discuss any details to make sure the arrangement was perfect! So I have to admit, I don't live in NYC and so when I saw how much the flowers cost I was very sceptical at first, but it's Valentine's Day so I was relatively easy to convince.
the delivery was so quick. And the wrapping was so beautiful. I have never seen flowers wrapped and boxed so nicely. The flowers are among the freshest I've ever seen. Each one is flawless. And the bouquet itself is artfully put together. To put the cherry on top they even hand wrote the note and put a heart on it. Definitely the best flowers I've ever bought.
